市政道路工程建设项目投资控制研究

Research on Investment Control of Municipal Engineering Construction Project

针对市政道路工程建设项目中投资控制这一问题,以广东省珠海市高栏港经济区的傍德路工程作为案例,提出了在市政道路工程建设期间的投资控制方法,共分为事前、事中、事后3个阶段。结果表明:高效的工程项目投资控制方法不仅可以帮助相关主体获取更多的经济效益,还能促进工程建设效果的优化。

Aiming at the problem of investment control in municipal road engineering construction projects,taking Bangde Road Project in Gaolan Port Economic Zone of Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province as a case,this paper puts forward the investment control methods during municipal road engineering construction,which are divided into three stages:before,during and after construction.The results show that the efficient investment control method of engineering projects can not only help related subjects to obtain more economic benefits,but also promote the optimization of engineering construction effect.
