This article discusses the key factors in the management ofthe renovation projects ofold residential areas,including planning and design,communication and coordination,risk management,as well as evaluation and summary.In response to these factors,relevant suggestions and measures are proposed to ensure the smooth progress and successful implementation of the projects.Through comprehensive and meticulous management and coordination to meet the expectations and needs of residents and communities.
