中国式现代化视阈下的粮食产业高质量发展:理论内涵与实践路径

High-quality Development of Grain Industry in the Context of Chinese Modernization:Theoretical Connotations and Practice Path

粮食产业高质量发展是高质量发展在粮食产业上的具象化与深度化,但对于粮食产业如何进行高质量发展,学界尚未形成共识。鉴于此,本文从中国式现代化的现实要求出发,试图解构粮食产业高质量发展的理论内涵、现实困境、路径选择等问题。研究发现,中国式现代化的特殊性决定了粮食产业高质量发展的目标与方向,分别体现在产品、效益、效率、产业竞争力四个方面。为此,亟须从深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革、强化利益联结机制、创新生产方式、提升科技支撑等方面着手,补短板、强弱项、提能力,不断引导粮食产业向高质量发展方向迈进。

High-quality development of the grain industry is the materialization and deepening of high-quality development in the grain industry,but in the academic circles,there is no consensus on how to carry out high-quality development of the grain industry.In view of this,this paper attempts to deconstruct the theoretical connotations,realistic dilemma and practice path of high-quality development of the grain industry from the perspective of the practical need of Chinese modernization.It is found that the specificity of Chinese modernization determines the goal and direction of high-quality development of the grain industry,which is reflected in the four aspects of products,benefits,efficiency and industrial competitiveness.For this reason,efforts should be made to promote the supply-side structural reform in the agricultural sector,strengthen the interests linkage mechanism,innovate the production methods and enhance the scientific and technological support,so as to address inadequacies and shore up points of weakness,and continuously boost the high-quality development of the grain industry.
