装配式轻钢复合墙体生产安装技术研究

Research on Production and Installation Technology of Assembled Light Steel Composite Wall

本文对装配式轻钢建筑复合墙体的生产、安装技术进行研究,提出复合墙体工厂预制生产、现场密拼安装的装配化施工方式,外墙面板采用氟碳漆饰面保温一体板,内饰板采用抗倍特板,通过加工排版深化,内外面板均在工厂按尺寸预制加工成条状,内饰板竖向分条安装,外面板横向分条从上到下安装,通过连接件安装于龙骨上。通过装配式公厕等实际工程的应用,对装配式轻钢复合墙体预制生产、密拼安装的装配化施工技术进行探讨,对本技术的加工深化设计、工艺流程、关键环节进行了总结,该技术实施效果良好,可为装配式轻钢建筑的生产、施工提供参考。

This paper studied light steel structure production and installation technology of composite wall.It put forward the assembled constructing method to precast and on-site tight sealing install the composite wall.The peripheral panels of the wall used fluorocarbon paint finish insulation board,and the interior panels used Compact Laminate.Through processing and typesetting deepening interior and peripheral panels prefabricated processing into strips according to size in the factory.The interior panels were vertically divided into strips,and the peripheral panels were horizontally divided into strips from top to bottom.B oth of them were installed on the keel by connecting pieces.Throughpractical engineering applications,such as prefabricated public toilets programs,it explored precast-conducting and tight-sealing installing assembled construction technology of the assembled light steel composite wall.And it summarized the processing deepening design,technological process and key points.The implementation of this technology was effective and could provide reference for producing and building other assembled light steel constructions.
