关于建筑工程地基基础及桩基础施工技术的分析

建筑工程建设行业是我国国民经济发展支柱性产业,是民生工程建设的根基行业。随着社会经济的快速发展以及城市化建设目标的提出,使得各地区建筑工程建设规模明显提升。地基基础及桩基础施工,是建筑工程建设的重要内容,直接关系到整个建筑工程建设的安全性和稳定性。本文旨在通过参考文献资料搜集及行业基层调研等方法,对现阶段建筑工程地基基础及桩基础施工技术进行探讨和研究,以此来挖掘地基基础及桩基础施工现状及困境,进而提出具体针对性和科学性的施工技术创新对策,提高建筑工程地基基础及桩基础施工品质和效益,发挥出建筑工程建设项目良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economic development and the foundation industry of People's livelihood engineering construction.With the rapid development of social economy and the proposed goal of urbanization,the construction scale of construction projects in various regions has increased significantly.The construction of foundation and Pile Foundation is an important part of building engineering construction,which is directly related to the safety and stability of the whole building engineering construction.This paper aims to discuss and study the construction technology of foundation and Pile Foundation by the methods of literature collection and industry investigation.In order to excavate the present situation and predicament of the construction of foundation and Pile Foundation,this paper puts forward the concrete and scientific construction technology innovation countermeasures,and improves the construction quality and benefit of the foundation and Pile Foundation of the construction project,bring into play the good economic and social benefits of construction projects.
