数字普惠金融助推共同富裕的效应研究

Research on the Effect of Digital Inclusive Finance on Common Prosperity

数字金融能够缓解收入差距、促进财富积累和改善财富分配,对实现共同富裕具有重要作用。研究在阐释共同富裕的内涵基础上构建共同富裕评价指标体系,对我国30个省区市2011—2020年共同富裕发展水平进行测度,并运用空间自回归模型(SAR)探究数字普惠金融对共同富裕的空间效应。研究发现:(1)数字普惠金融能够显著促进共同富裕的发展水平;(2)数字普惠金融对共同富裕的影响具有显著的正向空间溢出效应;(3)数字普惠金融对共同富裕的影响具有显著的空间异质性,对东部的影响效应最强,中部次之,西部最弱。因此,应加强数字金融的基础设施建设,尤其是加大对中西部地区的建设力度,从而发挥数字普惠金融对共同富裕的促进作用。

Digital finance can alleviate income disparity,promote wealth accumulation and improve wealth distribution,and has an important role in promoting common prosperity in China.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of common affluence,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of common affluence and measures the development level of common affluence in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2020,and further applies the spatial autoregressive model(SAR) to explore the spatial effects of digital inclusive finance on common affluence.It is found that(1) digital inclusive finance can significantly improve the development level of common affluence in China;(2) digital inclusive finance has a significant positive spatial spillover effect with common affluence in China;(3) digital inclusive finance has a significant spatial heterogeneity on common affluence,with the strongest impact effect on the east,the second strongest in the central part and the weakest in the west.Therefore,the infrastructure construction of digital finance should be increased,especially the construction efforts for the central and western regions should be increased.Promote the role of digital inclusive finance as a catalyst for common prosperity.
