摘要
传统的预测性维护平台终端设备接入面临两个问题,一是缺少统一的数据接入格式,二是缺少设备数据安全机制。为了解决平台终端设备数据多源异构和设备数据安全问题,文章提出一种基于标识解析和字典映射的预测性维护设备数据安全接入方法,采用标识解析机制对企业内部数据进行脱敏,同时融合数据字典机制,通过对多源异构数据进行动静态分组和对数据的标准化,实现数据的动静态隔离和企业上下游之间的资源信息共享,同时保障了企业数据的安全。
The traditional predictive maintenance platform terminal device access faces two challenges,one is the lack of a unified data access format,and the other is the lack of device data security mechanisms.To solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneity and device data security in platform terminal equipment data,this paper proposes a security access method of predictive maintenance equipment data based on identification resolution and dictionary mapping,which uses the identification resolution mechanism to desensitize the internal data of the enterprise,and integrates the data dictionary mechanism,by dynamic and static grouping multiple source heterogeneous data and standardizing the data to realize dynamic and static data isolation and resource information sharing between upstream and downstream enterprises,while ensuring the security of enterprise data.
