高等职业教育高质量发展的思考

On the High-quality Development of Higher Vocational Education

深化现代职业教育体系建设改革,高等职业教育要在高质量发展中发挥主体作用。高等职业教育的高质量发展包括质量导向、标准引领、主体多元和成果彰显等四个方面的内涵。在阐释高等职业教育高质量发展的必要性和可行性基础上,从外部和内部角度剖析了影响我国高等职业教育高质量发展的因素,提出高等职业教育高质量的主要对策:坚持目标导向,发挥标准引领作用;提升要素质量,夯实内涵发展基础;做实产教融合,实现协同育人;强化教学中心,把教师队伍建设作为基础工作;关爱学生成长成才,服务学生发展、促进学生就业等。

To deepen the construction and reform of modern vocational education system,higher vocational education should play a main role in high-quality development.The high-quality development of higher vocational education includes four aspects:quality orientation,standard guidance,subject diversity and achievement demonstration.Based on explaining the necessity and feasibility of high-quality development of higher vocational education,this paper analyzes the factors influencing high-quality development of higher vocational education in our country from external and internal perspectives,and puts forward the main countermeasures for high-quality higher vocational education.Firstly,we should Adhere to the goal guiding and give play to the role of standard leading.Secondly,we should improve the quality of elements and consolidate the foundation of connotation development.Thirdly,we can do the integration of practical production and education to achieve collaborative education.Besides,we should strengthen the teaching center and take the construction of teachers as the basic work Care for the growth of students,Lastly,we should serve the development of students,and promote the employment of students.
