颌面部外伤患者整形美容缝合联合精细化护理的临床疗效、瘢痕评分及美容效果观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy,scar score,and cosmetic effect of plastic and cosmetic fisutures combined with refined nursing care in patients with maxillofacial trauma

目的 观察颌面部外伤患者实施整形美容缝合联合精细化护理的临床疗效、瘢痕评分及美容效果。方法 方便选取2021年9月至2023年5月南阳市某三甲医院收治的108例颌面部外伤实施整形美容缝合术患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组54例,观察组给予精细化护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者创口感染、张口受限、咬合紊乱、面部畸形等并发症发生率、瘢痕评分、美学效果及护理满意度。结果 观察组并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组18.52%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.285,P=0.038);观察组双向瘢痕评分量表(POSAS)、温哥华瘢痕评分量表(VSS)评分分别为(9.34±1.72)分和(4.52±0.96)分,均低于对照组的(12.86±3.17)分和(6.15±1.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美学效果评分(8.16±1.58)分,高于对照组(7.24±1.29)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.315,P=0.001);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 整形美容缝合联合精细化护理可有效降低颌面部外伤患者并发症发生率,避免瘢痕形成,提升美学效果和护理满意度。

Objective Observing the clinical effifficacy,scar score,and cosmetic effffect of plastic surgery,cosmetic suturing,and refined nursing for patients with maxillofacial trauma.Methods Conveniently select 108 patients with maxillofacial injuries who underwent plastic and cosmetic suturing surgery at a tertiary hospital in Nanyang City from September 2021 to May 2023 as the research subjects.They are randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 54 patients in each group.The observation group receives refifined care,while the control group receives routine care.Compare the incidence of complications such as wound infection,limited mouth opening,occlusal disorders,facial deformities,scar scores,aesthetic effffects,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,lower than the control fiffgroup 18.52%,with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.285,P=0.038);The scores of the POSAS and VSS in the observation group were(9.34±1.72)and(4.52±0.96),respectively,lower than those in the control group(12.86±3.17)and(6.15±1.52),with fistatistical significance(P <0.05);The aesthetic effect score of the observation group(8.16±1.58)was higher than that of the control fffigroup(7.24±1.29),and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.315,P=0.001);The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plastic and fiffcosmetic sutures combined with refined care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with maxillofacial trauma,ffavoid scar formation,and improve aesthetic effects and nursing satisfaction.
