非正式结构体育组织中成员人际关系与社会参与的关系研究

On the Relationship Between Members’ Interpersonal Relationships and Social Participation in Informally Structured Sports Organizations

进入新时代,全民健身被提升到前所未有的高度。受关系型社会特征的影响,非正式结构体育组织已逐渐成为人们参与体育活动的主要选择,为人们提供了社会参与的平台,非正式结构体育组织广泛的社会参与构成了基层社会治理的自治基础,对非正式结构体育组织成员人际关系与社会参与关系研究显得尤为重要和迫切。非正式结构体育组织中人际关系与社会参与的关系分析结果显示:参与非正式体育组织活动的频率会影响非正式结构体育组织中的人际关系与社会参与水平;且非正式体育组织结构中人际关系与社会参与之间存在相关关系,关系模型为社会参与=11.685+0.035*人际关系;人际关系越好社会参与水平越高。

Entering the new era,national fitness has been elevated to an unprecedented level.Influenced by the characteristics of relational society,informal structure sports organizations have gradually become the main choice for people to participate in sports activities,and they provide a platform for people to participate in society.And the extensive social participation of informal structure sports organizations constitutes the autonomy foundation of grass-roots social governance,and it has become particularly important and urgent to study the relationship between interpersonal relationship and social participation of the members of informal structure sports organizations.The analysis of the relationship between interpersonal relationship and social participation in informal structure sports organizations show that:the frequency of participation in informal sports organizations affects the level of interpersonal relationship and social participation in informal structure sports organizations;and there is a correlation between interpersonal relationship and social participation in informal structure sports organizations.The relationship model is that social participation=11.685+0.035*interpersonal relationship;the better the relationship is,the higher the level of social participation is.
