生态系统视角下社工介入城市流浪老年人个案研究

A Case Study of Social Workers’ Intervention in Urban Vagrant Elderly from the Perspective of Ecosystems

在我国经济结构转型和社会变迁过程中,流浪老年群体数量日益增多。我国目前的社会救助体系主要依赖政府部门,救助方式以经济和物质援助为主,缺乏系统、全面的救助体系。文章基于生态系统理论分析城市流浪老年人存在的问题,从案主本身、家庭、社区、社会等多方面获取资源,帮助案主重获社会生活的能力,使案主重获晚年幸福。

In the process of economic structural transformation and social change in China,the number of homeless elderly people is increasing.The current social assistance system in China mainly relies on government departments,and the assistance method mainly focuses on economic and material assistance,lacking a systematic and comprehensive assistance system.Based on the ecosystem theory,the article analyzes the problems of the urban vagrant elderly and obtains resources from the caseworkers themselves,their families,the community,and the society to help the caseworkers regain the ability to live in the society,so as to make the caseworkers regain the happiness in their old age.
