摘要
在无侧向约束情况下,对4组8块W型轻钢楼板进行抗剪承载力试验,探讨不同水平向初始变形损伤对轻钢楼板抗剪承载力的影响。试验结果表明:水平向初始变形损伤越大,W型轻钢楼板抗剪承载力越低。与标准试件相比,水平向初始变形为2mm时(相对值约0.45%),承载力降低约6%;水平向初始变形为6mm时(相对值约1.33%),承载力降低约25%;水平向初始变形为10mm时(相对值约2.22%),承载力降低约35%。通过有限元模拟分析,计算结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了试验结果的准确性。
Under the condition of no lateral restraint,four sets of eight W⁃shaped thin⁃walled light steel floor slabs are tested for the shear bearing capacity to explore the influence of different initial deformation damage on the bearing capacity of the light steel floor slab.The test results show that the greater the initial deformation damage,the lower the shear capacity of the W⁃shaped light steel floor.Compared with the standard specimen,when the initial deformation is 2mm,the bearing capacity is reduced by about 6%;when the initial deformation is 6mm,the bearing capacity is reduced by about 25%;when the initial deformation is 10mm,the bearing capacity is reduced by about 35%.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the calculation results are basically consistent with the test results,which ensures the accuracy of the test results.
