网络民粹主义作为一种与网络环境结合而衍生的思潮,在“后真相”时代愈演愈烈,呈现出话语解构、反权威、情感动员等特征。“后真相”时代网络民粹主义的产生与转型期复杂的社会矛盾、算法权力下的“过滤气泡”、社群极化中的迷惘民众、权利救济制度体系不完备等因素密切相关。网络民粹主义挑战着现有的社会民主秩序,威胁着当前的法治生态平衡。为此,需要完善法治监管体系,提升网民情感共识,加强科学技术引领,形成多元共治的舆情治理新格局。

Network populism,as a trend of thought derived from the combination of the network environment and the online environment,has been intensified in the"post-truth"era,showing characteristics such as discourse deconstruction,anti-authority,and emotional mobilization.The emergence of network populism in the"post-truth"era is closely related to complex social contradictions during the transition period,the creation of""filter bubbles"under the algorithmic power,the confused people in the polarization of the community,and the incomplete system of rights relief.Network populism challenges the existing social democratic order and poses a threat to the current ecological balance of the rule of law.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the supervision system of the rule of law,enhance netizens'emotional consensus,strengthen the guidance of science and technology,and form a new pattern of public opinion governance characterized by pluralism and co-governance.
