摘要
本文通过对港口码头企业温室气体排放源的识别,借鉴国内外港口行业碳达峰、碳中和的实施经验,梳理出了码头企业实现碳中和的管理路径、技术路径以及市场化手段,为行业内绿色低碳转型提供工作思路。
Based on the identification of greenhouse gas emission sources of port and terminal enterprises,this paper draws on the implementation experience of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in domestic and foreign port industries,and clarifies the management path,technical path and market-oriented means for port enterprises to achieve carbon neutrality,providing working ideas for green and low-carbon transformation in the industry.
