摘要
【目的】为满足实验室喷砂工艺需求,对喷砂工艺参数的量化进行研究。【方法】基于小型箱体式喷砂机,设计出以S7-1200PLC为核心的自动喷砂装置控制系统,对自动喷砂装置控制系统进行硬件选型与软件设计。【结果】通过PLC控制执行机构来实现喷砂装置的自动化运行。【结论】在PLC控制器、传感器、喷砂执行装置的共同作用下,保证喷砂装置的自动化运行,同时对喷砂工艺参数实现精准控制,避免人工操作产生的失误,实现喷砂工艺参数量化的目的。
[Purposes]In order to meet the needs of sand blasting process in the laboratory,the sand blast⁃ing process parameters were studied.[Methods]Based on the small box-type sandblasting machine,this study designs the automatic sandblasting device control system with S7-1200PLC as the core,and car⁃ries out hardware selection and software design for the automatic sandblasting device control system.[Findings]The automatic operation of the sandblasting device is realized by PLC control actuator.[Con⁃clusions]Under the joint action of PLC controller,sensor and sandblasting execution device,the auto⁃matic operation of the sandblasting device was ensured.At the same time,the sandblasting process pa⁃rameters were accurately controlled to avoid errors caused by manual operation and achieve the purpose of quantifying the sandblasting process parameters.
