摘要
【目的】为避免施工过程中沥青二次老化,减少能源消耗,引入温拌技术来降低沥青路面施工温度。【方法】选用EC120、Sasobit两种温拌剂为研究对象,在基质沥青中EC120掺量为3.5%、SBS聚合物改性沥青中EC120、Sasobit掺量均为3%下进行AC-13C、SMA-13两种温拌沥青混合料拌和、击实温度试验及路用性能试验。【结果】EC120、Sasobit的掺入,使AC-13C、SMA-13两种沥青混合料的施工温度整体降低20℃左右,且高温稳定性、水稳定性均得到了改善,SMA-13沥青混合料低温性能有小幅度降低,但仍满足技术要求。【结论】EC120、Sasobit两种温拌剂的掺入能够降低沥青路面的施工温度,且沥青路面具有较好的路用性能。
[Purposes]In order to avoid secondary aging of asphalt during construction and reduce energy consumption,warm mixing technology is introduced to reduce the construction temperature of asphalt pavement.[Methods]TEC120 and Sasobit were selected as the research objects.The mixing,compaction temperature test and road performance test of AC-13C and SMA-13 warm mix asphalt mixture were car⁃ried out under the condition that the content of EC120 in matrix asphalt was 3.5%and the content of EC120 and Sasobit in SBS polymer modified asphalt was 3%.[Findings]The addition of EC120 and Sa⁃sobit reduces the overall construction temperature of AC-13C and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures by about 20℃,and improves their high temperature stability and water stability.SMA-13 asphalt mixtures have slightly reduced their low-temperature performance,but still meet technical requirements.[Conclu⁃sions]The addition of two warm mix agents,EC120 and Sasobit,can reduce the construction tempera⁃ture of asphalt pavement,and the asphalt pavement has good road performance.
