In the process of advancing the modernization of social governance capacity,it is of great significance to develop the socialist network culture.This means that studies on socialist network culture should be carried out actively,and the connotations of socialist network culture and social governance,and the relationship between them should be clarified.It is also necessary to analyze the features of socialist network culture,including its advanced nature,national characteristics,mass-representing,and practicality.Efforts should be made to explore its five major functions of social governance,namely,education,guidance,inspiration,regulation and supervision.By doing so can we understand the triple values and practical implications of advancing the modernization of social governance through socialist network culture,which is beneficial for achieving good social governance,and contribute to improving the efficiency of social governance,and the country s soft power,thus providing effective support for achieving the modernization of social governance.
