中医五行音乐疗法联合放松疗法对老年不稳定型心绞痛介入治疗后患者恢复的影响

Influence of traditional Chinese medicine five elements music therapy combined with relaxation therapy on recovery of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris after interventional therapy

目的 探讨中医五行音乐疗法联合放松疗法对老年不稳定型心绞痛介入治疗后患者恢复的影响。方法 回顾分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院2020年4月—2022年10月收治的经介入术治疗并采用放松疗法干预的52例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者资料,将其纳入对照组;采集同期医院经介入术治疗并采用放松疗法+五行音乐疗法干预的52例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者资料,将其纳入联合组。全部入组患者均顺利完成介入术治疗与围术期干预,病历资料完整。比较两组康复效果[住院时间、下床活动时间、左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离(6MWD)]、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、生活满意度量表(SWLS)及生理、心理应激状态[心率、收缩压、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果 联合组住院时间、下床活动时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后7 d,联合组LVEF高于对照组,6MWD远于对照组(P<0.05);联合组术后7 d心率、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05);术后7 d,联合组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后7 d,两组PSQI评分低于术前3 d, SWLS评分高于术前3 d,但联合组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医五行音乐疗法联合放松疗法能促进老年不稳定型心绞痛介入患者术后康复,减轻生理、心理应激状态,改善睡眠质量,提高生活满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of five elements music therapy combined with relaxation therapy on the recovery of aged patients with unstable angina pectoris after interventional treatment.Methods A total of 104 cases of aged patients with unstable angina treated in our hospital from April 2020 to October 2022 were prospectively selected.According to the order of treatment,using a randomized group of 52 cases each.The control group received relaxation therapy,and the combined group received five elements music therapy on this basis.The recovery effects of the two groups were compared:length of stay,time of getting out of bed,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6 min walking distance(6MWD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Life Satisfaction Scale(SWLS)and physiological and psychological stress states[heart rate,systolic blood pressure,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)].Results The length of hospital stay and getting out of bed in combination group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).On day 7 after operation,LVEF and 6MWD in combination group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of combination group were lower than those of control group 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).On day 7 after operation,SAS and SDS scores of combination group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).7 days after surgery,PSQI score in two groups was lower than 3 days before surgery,SWLS score was higher than 3 days before surgery,but the improvement of the combined group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM five elements music therapy combined with relaxation therapy can promote postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris,reduce physiological and psychological stress,improve sleep quality and life satisfaction.
