通窍益脑汤联合电针治疗偏头痛患者的疗效研究

A study on efficacy of Tongqiaoyinao decoction combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of migraine patients

目的 研究通窍益脑汤联合电针治疗偏头痛患者的疗效。方法 85例偏头痛患者均于2021年5月—2023年5月在濮阳市安阳地区医院进行治疗,随机数表法将其分为两组,对照组43例,观察组42例,对照组根据《中国偏头痛防治指南》选择口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组采用通窍益脑汤联合电针治疗。评价患者疼痛水平,中医证候,临床疗效,生活质量及实验室指标。结果 治疗后观察组采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(2.31±0.57)分,低于对照组的(5.30±1.02)分(P<0.05);观察组患者的头痛发作次数、头痛程度、头痛持续时间以及头痛伴随症状等中医证候积分得到显著改善,与对照组比较具有更显著的疗效(P<0.05),观察组治疗后临床有效率为88.09%,高于对照组治疗后的55.81%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者CRP、IL-6、Hcy和SP等实验室指标水平改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为28.57%,与对照组的25.58%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 通窍益脑汤联合电针治疗治疗偏头痛能显著改善患者的疼痛症状,疗效显著,可以进一步临床推广。

Objective To study the efficacy of Tongqiaoyinao decoction combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of migraine patients.Methods Eighty-five migraine patients were treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023,and were divided into two groups by the random number table method:43 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the observation group,the control group was treated with oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule according to the Chinese Migraine Prevention and Treatment Guidelines,and the observation group was treated with Tongqiaoyinao decoction combined with electroacupuncture.The patients'pain level,TCM symptoms,clinical efficacy,quality of life and laboratory indexes were evaluated.Results After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)was used in the observation group(2.31±0.57),which was lower than that in the control group(5.30±1.02)(P<0.05).The number of headache attacks,severity of headache,duration of headache and accompanying symptoms of headache were significantly improved in the observation group,which had a more significant effect than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 88.09%,higher than 55.81%of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,Hcy and SP in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 28.57%in the observation group and 25.58%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongqiaoyinao decoction combined with electroacupuncture can significantly improve the pain symptoms of patients with migraine,and the curative effect is significant,which can be further popularized in clinic.
