摘要
本文以重大国家战略区域为切入点,应用EBM模型测算了新一代信息技术产业创新效率,并借助Dagum基尼系数和地理探测器方法考察了京津冀、长三角、长江经济带、黄河流域和粤港澳大湾区重大国家战略区域新一代信息技术产业创新效率的空间差异、来源和关键驱动因素。研究发现:新一代信息技术产业创新效率呈波动增长态势,但梯度效应显著,粤港澳大湾区处于绝对领先地位,京津冀和黄河流域处于较低水平;重大国家战略区域新一代信息技术产业创新效率区域差异显著,超变密度与区域内差异是导致空间非均衡的重要来源;对外开放差异是长三角、长江经济带和黄河流域空间差异的主导因素,创新环境则对京津冀的空间差异具有较强的解释力。对外开放与创新环境的交互作用是长三角和长江经济带的最主要交互驱动组合。
Taking the major national strategic regions as the breakthrough point,the EBM model is used to measure the innovation efficiency of the new generation information technology industry,and the Dagum Gini coefficient and geographical detector method are used to investigate the spatial differences,sources and key driving factors of the innovation efficiency of the new generation information technology industry in the major national strategic regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Circle,Yangtze River Delta,Yangtze River Economic Belt,Yellow River Basin and Greater Bay Area.The study finds that the innovation efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry is fluctuating,but the gradient effect is significant.The Greater Bay Area is in an absolute leading position,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yellow River basins are at a low level.There are significant regional differences in the innovation efficiency of the new generation of information technology industry in the five major national strategic regions.The super variable density and intra-regional differences are important sources of spatial imbalance.The difference in opening up is the dominant factor in the spatial differences of the Yangtze River Delta,the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the Yellow River Basin,and the innovation environment has a strong explanatory power for the spatial differences of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The interaction between opening up and the innovation environment is the most important interactive driving combination of the Yangtze River Delta and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
