大型沉箱工业化预制关键技术

Research on key technologies for industrial prefabrication of large caissons

对大型沉箱分段预制过程中的钢筋装配安装、沉箱预制智能养护、电驱顶运一体台车移运大型沉箱3方面的技术进行了阐述,形成大型沉箱预制标准化成套新技术,推动沉箱重力式码头数字化技术不断发展,对今后类似工程具有借鉴意义。

In this paper,three aspects of technology in the process of segmental prefabrication of large caisson were describes,such as reinforcement assembly and installation,intelligent maintenance of caisson prefabrication,and large caisson transport by electric drive roof carriage integrated trolley.A complete set of standardized new technology for large caisson prefabrication has been formed,which promotes the continuous development of digital technology of caisson gravity wharf,and has reference significance for similar projects in the future.
