可调模板在大潮差码头胸墙现浇护舷口中的应用

摘要 为提高码头施工技术水平,解决潮汐高差大、沉箱填料不满、护舷缺口异型且位置不同的问题,提升工程实体质量,结合在钦州港大榄坪南作业区9号、10号泊位工程中的护舷口施工进行分析。论述了作业及模板技术施工方法和要点,提出具体的技术措施,如混合式可调模板、预制底模、止水钢套箱等。积累了重力式码头护舷口的现场施工经验,确保了护舷口混凝土满足设计及规范要求,切实提升了工程实体质量。 In order to improve the technical level of wharf construction,solve the problems of large tidal height difference,underfill caisson packing,irregular fender groove and different positions,and improve the quality of the project entity,this paper analyzes the fender groove construction in No.9 and No.10 berths project in Dalanping South Operation Area of Qinzhou Port,discusses the construction methods and key points of operation and formwork technology,and puts forward specific technical measures,such as mixed adjustable formwork,prefabricated bottom formwork,water-stop steel box,etc.It has accumulated the field construction experience of the fender groove of gravity wharf,ensured that the concrete at the fender groove meets the design and specification requirements,and effectively improved the quality of engineering entities.
