超细PET纤维生产技术及其在服装领域的应用研究进展

摘要 采用直接纺丝法生产超细聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)纤维,在酯化过程中添加1,3-丙二醇共混时,添加碱式硫酸镁晶须可以进一步提高纤维的力学性能。通过引入带支链的二元醇可以减少聚合产生的环状低聚物杂质,提升纺丝的稳定性。采用乙二醇镁和乙二醇锑的混合物作为缩聚催化剂,可使PET纤维染色更加均匀。在PET制备过程中加入固体杂多酸可以降低酯化反应温度,减少副反应,提升染色性能。 Ultrafine polyethylene terephthalate(PET)fibers were produced by direct spinning method.Basic magnesium sulfate whiskers can be added to further improve the mechanical properties of the fibers when 1,3-propanediol was blended during the esterification process.Cyclic oligomer impurities generated in polymerization can be reduced and spinning stability be improved by introducing branched diols.The mixture of ethylene glycol magnesium and ethylene glycol antimony was used as a polycondensation catalyst to make the dyeing of polyester fibers more uniform.Solid heteropoly acids added in the PET preparation process can lower the esterification reaction temperature,reduce side reactions,and improve dyeing performance.
