地方师范院校加强劳动教育有利于提升人才培养质量、提高思想政治工作水平、推动劳动精神代际传递。劳动教育的发展指向应聚焦生命领域、工作世界、国家图景,使学生通过劳动教育实现自我确证的主宰意识、成为大国良师的主力意识、投身复兴伟业的主体意识。地方师范院校应坚持价值铸魂、实践赋能、文化润心、校社联动、差异教育,实现“全课程”“全体系”“全场域”“全要素”“全过程”的劳动教育。
