地方师范院校劳动教育的发展指向与实践生成

Development Direction and Implementation Path of Labor Education in Local Normal Universities

摘要 地方师范院校加强劳动教育有利于提升人才培养质量、提高思想政治工作水平、推动劳动精神代际传递。劳动教育的发展指向应聚焦生命领域、工作世界、国家图景,使学生通过劳动教育实现自我确证的主宰意识、成为大国良师的主力意识、投身复兴伟业的主体意识。地方师范院校应坚持价值铸魂、实践赋能、文化润心、校社联动、差异教育,实现“全课程”“全体系”“全场域”“全要素”“全过程”的劳动教育。 Strengthening labor education in local normal universities has a positive effect on talent training quality,ideological and political work and intergenerational transmission of labor spirit.The development direction of labor education should focus on life field,work world and national overall situation.The main objective is to help students achieve confidence and self-improvement,become a good teacher in future,and participate in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It requires the local normal universities to help students establish marxist views of labor,strengthen practical exercise,and build a labor culture together in the learning environment.They should also enhance cooperation with all sectors of society.Finally,it is important to pay attention to the characteristics of students'learning stages.
