经济增长碳脱钩的联动效应研究——基于“全国一盘棋”视角下的社会网络分析

Interplay Effect of Economic Growth and Carbon Decoupling:Based on“National Coordination”Perspective Using Social Network Analysis

运用社会网络分析法探究我国各省份经济增长碳脱钩空间关联网络结构特征及其演变趋势。研究发现,碳脱钩空间关联数量逐年增多,从2005年的254个增加到2019年413个,说明碳脱钩空间关联网络结构愈加复杂。同时,脱钩网络中存在减碳作用不尽相同的四大板块,即“碳脱钩净受益”板块、“碳脱钩净溢出”板块、“碳脱钩双向溢出”板块以及“碳脱钩经纪人”板块。进一步研究表明,地理距离、能源强度、经济发展水平以及技术水平差异对于碳脱钩状态的空间关联性具有不同方向的影响。研究结论为加强地区间经济增长碳脱钩状态的联动效应、统筹协调区域经济发展方式低碳转型提供了定量的决策参考。

Through the application of Social Network Analysis,this study investigates the structural characteristics and evolving dynamics of the spatial correlation network regarding the decoupling status of economic growth and carbon emissions in various provinces in China.The research uncovers that the number of spatial correlations of carbon decoupling is increasing year by year,surging from 254 in 2005 to 413 in 2019,indicating the escalating complexity of the carbon decoupling spatial correlation network.Moreover,there are four key blocks in the decoupling network that has different impacts on carbon reduction:the“primary beneficial of carbon decoupling”block,the“net spillover of carbon decoupling”block,the“bidirectional spillover of carbon decoupling”block,and the“agents of carbon decoupling”block.Further analysis reveals that factors such as geographical distance,energy intensity,economic development,and technological progress exert varying directional influences on the spatial correlation of carbon decoupling status.These findings provide quantitative decision-making references for strengthening the interregional linkage effects of the decoupling status of economic growth and carbon emissions,as well as for orchestrating the coordinated transition of regional economic development methods towards low-carbon approaches.
