面部外轮廓多部位联合多层次注射Ellansé改善鼻唇沟的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of multisite combined multilevel injection of Ellanséin the external facial contour to improve nasolabial folds

目的 探讨使用面部外轮廓多部位联合多层次注射Ellansé改善鼻唇沟的有效性和安全性。方法 选取2022年5月-2022年9月收治的符合纳入标准的鼻唇沟受试者共17例30-45岁的女性作为研究对象,鼻唇沟皱纹严重程度分级为3-4级。受试者经外轮廓注射法将Ellansé填充到颞部、颊后部以及下颌缘对应面部层次,分别在术前、术后即刻及术后3个月进行鼻唇沟皱纹严重程度评级,拍摄照片并计算外轮廓注射Ellansé对于改善鼻唇沟的有效率。结果 受试者术后无结节、血肿、感染等并发症出现。对术前、术后以及术后3个月受试者鼻唇沟进行WSRS评分发现在统计学上经Ellansé注射后鼻唇沟具有显著性改善,以受试者术前鼻唇沟皱纹严重程度分级为基线水平,术后即刻有效率为64.7%,术后3个月有效率为58.8%。经医生评分,明显改善3例(17.6%),略有改善8例(47.1%),无改善6例(35.3%)。结论 采用外轮廓多部位联合多层次注射Ellansé可提升中下面部软组织,有效改善鼻唇沟,填充效果美观自然,治疗方式安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effifficacy and safety of improving nasolabial folds using multisite combined multilevel injections of Ellanséin the external facial contour.Methods A total of 17 female subjects with nasolabial folds aged 30-45 years old admitted from May 2022 to September 2022 who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects,and the severity of nasolabial fold wrinkles was graded as grade 3-4.Ellanséwas injected into the temporal,posterior buccal,and mandibular margins of the face,and the severity of nasolabial folds was graded before,immediately after,and 3 months after the procedure.Photographs were taken,and the effifficacy of the external contour injection of Ellanséin improving the nasolabial folds was calculated.Results No postoperative complications such as nodules,hematomas,or infections occurred in the subjects.Compared to the pre-operation,the nasolabial fold WSRS score,after Ellanséinjections,showed a statistically significant improvement in the postoperative period as well as at 3 months postoperatively.Using the subjects'preoperative nasolabial fold wrinkle severity grading as the baseline level,the immediate postoperative efficiency was 64.7%and the 3-month postoperative efficiency was 58.8%.The physician graded 3 cases(17.6%)as signifificantly improved,8 cases(47.1%)as slightly improved,and 6 cases(35.3%)as not improved.Conclusion The use of external contour multi-site combined multi-level injection of Ellansécan enhance the soft tissue in the middle and lower part of the face,effffectively improve the nasolabial folds,the fifilling effffect is beautiful and natural,the treatment is safe and reliable,and it is worth promoting.
