Surfill树脂与常规树脂修复前牙缺损的美容临床效果对比研究

Comparative study on the cosmetic clinical effects of Surf ill resin and conventional resin in repairing anterior tooth defects

目的 研究Surfill树脂与常规树脂修复前牙缺损的美容临床效果的差异。方法 选取郑州市口腔医院2020年6月~2022年5月收治的接受前牙缺损修复的115名患者,根据修复材料的不同进行分组,将使用Surfill树脂材料修复前牙的59例患者纳入观察组,使用常规Neofil树脂修复前牙的56例患者纳入对照组,对比两组患者的修复效果、美观性、不良反应以及满意度的差异。结果 观察组患者前牙的修复的优良率高于对照组(P <0.05)。修复前,两组患者的美观评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),修复后,观察组患者前牙美观评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者前牙修复出现边缘渗漏、食物嵌塞、疼痛等不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者的总满意率高于对照组不良反应(P <0.05)。结论 使用Surfill树脂材料修复缺损的前牙,不仅具有良好的效果,美观性高,患者认可度高。

Objective To study the difference in cosmetic clinical effects between Surfill resin and conventional resin in repairing anterior tooth defects.Method 115 patients who underwent anterior tooth defect repair in our department from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected and grouped according to different repair materials.59 patients who used Surfill resin material to repair anterior fiteeth were included in the observation group,and 56 patients who used conventional Neofil resin to repair anterior teeth were included ffffin the control group.The differences in repair effect,aesthetics,adverse reactions,and satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared.Result The excellent and good rate of anterior teeth restoration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P fiff<0.05).Before restoration,there was no statistically significant difference in aesthetic scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After restoration,the aesthetic scores of the observation group's anterior teeth were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as edge leakage,food impaction,and pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group for adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion fiThe use of Surfill resin material to repair missing anterior teeth not only has good results,but also has high aesthetics,which is highly recognized by patients.
