摘要
本文列举某轻型柴油机开发过程中出现的涡轮增压器断轴失效案例,阐述了涡轮增压器由于压端止推轴承异常磨损导致的断轴故障的失效原因排查及对策过程。本文以止推轴承受力最苛刻的工况进行了增压器推力轴承系统的受力分析、设计及校核,析出了优化方案;并结合客户实际使用工况设计了考核试验方案。试验结果证明本对策有效,为后期增压器设计及保护策略的标定提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the case of turbocharger shaft fracture failure has been enumerated in the development of a light diesel engine,and described the troubleshooting and countermeasures of shaft fracture failure caused by abnormal wear of thrust bearing at the pressure end of turbocharger.This paper analyzes,designs,and verifies the force of the turbocharger thrust bearing system under the most severe working condition of the thrust shaft,and proposes an optimization plan;And an assessment test plan was designed based on the actual usage conditions of the customer.The experimental results have proven the effectiveness of this strategy,providing a theoretical basis for the later turbocharger design and protection strategy calibration.
