摘要
某自卸车在怠速工况下,存在间歇性振动,严重影响驾乘舒适性。通过怠速振动时频域分析、针对激励源-传递路径-响应进行原因分析与方案验证;得知怠速间隙性振动的原因为发动机曲轴1阶与空压机转动频率接近经过调制而诱发间歇性振动,最后通过将空压机由单缸更换双缸达到避频效果,解决了间歇性振动问题。
A dump truck has intermittent vibration under idle condition,which seriously affects the driving comfort.Aiming at this problem,based on the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis of vehicle idle vibration,the response,transmission path and excitation source of idle vibration are investigated and verified.It is found that the intermittent vibration caused by the first order of the engine crankshaft is close to the rotation frequency of the air compressor.After replacing the double cylinder air compressor,the intermittent vibration problem of the vehicle is solved.
