某重型牵引车挡泥板怠速抖动改善

摘要 针对某重型牵引车怠速挡泥板抖动问题,首先进行怠速振动测试和模态试验识别振动原因,然后通过有限元的模态和频响分析对结构振动问题进行解析,为拓扑优化提供改善方向。经过实车验证,优化方案效果明显。同时提出RSS值评价法,让主观评价维度更加全面,更好反应主客观关联性。 Aiming at the vibration problem of the fender of a heavy tractor at idle speed,the causes of vibration are identified by idle vibration test and modal test,and then the structural vibration problem is analyzed by finite element modal and frequency response analysis,which provides an improvement direction for the topology optimization of the fender structure.After real vehicle verification,the optimization scheme has obvious effect.At the same time,the RSS value analysis method of objective data is proposed,which enhances the consistency of subjective and objective evaluation.
