摘要
介绍了超临界二氧化碳动力循环8MW离心压缩机热力气动分析方法。基于20MW等级超临界二氧化碳分流再压缩布雷顿循环,采用自主研发的热力计算程序对8MW主压缩机开展一维气动设计,并采用数值分析软件开展压缩机的三维数值分析,考察离心压缩机气动性能;针对近临界点的第一级压缩机,通过三维数值分析考察压缩机叶轮流道内流动情况、叶轮升压能力。数值计算分析结果表明,研究中采用的一维气动设计方法具备可行性,且设计点气动性能良好,满足设计要求。
The thermodynamic aerodynamic analysis method of 8MW centrifugal compressor with supercritical carbon dioxide power cycle is introduced.Based on a 20MW class supercritical carbon dioxide recompression Brayton cycle,a self-developed thermodynamic calculation program is used to carry out the one-dimensional aerodynamic design for 8MW main compressor,and the three-dimensional numerical analysis was carried out by using the numerical analysis software,three-dimensional numerical analysis was carried out to investigate the flow in the impeller passage and the pressure-increasing capacity of the first stage compressor near the critical point.The numerical results show that the one-dimensional aerodynamic design method used in the study is feasible,and the aerodynamic performance of the design point is good,which meets the design requirements.
