摘要
借鉴蒸汽透平的轴系设计理论和经验以及国外对于高转速转子的轴系设计经验进行了10MW空气透平转子动力学特性分析,借鉴以往汽轮机组轴系设计经验并结合API标准,利用行业广泛应用的DyRoBeS转子动力学计算软件对10MW空气透平转子动力学特性进行分析。计算表明,10MW空气透平转子动力学特性满足稳定运行,设计方案可行。
Based on the shafting design theory and experience of steam turbines and the shafting design experience of high speed rotors abroad,this paper analyzes the dynamics characteristics of 10MW air turbine rotors,and makes use of the previous shafting design experience of harbin steam turbine units in combination with API standards.Dynamical characteristics of 10MW air turbine rotors are analyzed by using DyRoBeS rotors dynamics calculation software which is widely used in the industry.The calculation shows that the dynamic characteristics of 10MW air turbine rotor can satisfy the stable operation,and the design scheme is feasible.
