司美格鲁肽注射液致结石性胆囊炎一例

Calculous cholecystitis caused by semaglutide injection:a case report

本文报道1例无用药指征的女性患者为减重予皮下注射司美格鲁肽后发生结石性胆囊炎。停用司美格鲁肽并予以对症治疗后,患者急性胆囊炎症状得到缓解,但胆石症仍存在。目前使用司美格鲁肽用于减重在我国属于超说明书用药。此案例警示患者需慎重超说明书使用司美格鲁肽,避免不良反应的发生。临床药师应充分了解患者的用药目的,做好用药教育。

This paper reports a case of calculous cholecystitis in a female patient after subcutaneous injection of semaglu⁃tide for weight loss.After discontinuing semaglutide and giving symptomatic treatment,the patient's symptoms of acute chole⁃cystitis were relieved,but gallstone still existed.Currently,the use of semaglutide for weight loss in China is considered off-la⁃bel drug use.This case warns patients to be cautious when using semaglutide beyond the approved indications to avoid ad⁃verse reactions.Clinical pharmacists should also fully understand the patient's medication purpose and provide medication ed⁃ucation.
