摘要
利用不同数量蚜虫诱导拟南芥产生HIPVs处理蜡蚧轮枝菌,以此研究不同HIPVs对虫生真菌的胞外蛋白酶和几丁质酶的影响,根据GC-MS检测和相关性分析结果,推导出与两酶活性相关的HIPVs活性成分,并用人工合成活性成分进行验证。结果表明HIPVs诱导下,蜡蚧轮枝菌胞外蛋白酶和几丁质酶活性显著提高,GC-MS检测和相关性分析结果推导出,HIPVs中薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯、茉莉酸甲酯和萜品醇与两酶活性存在显著相关性,其中薄荷醇、水杨酸和茉莉酸与胞外蛋白酶活性显著正相关,但与几丁质酶活性不存在显著相关性,而萜品醇则与两酶活性存在显著负相关,人工合成物也验证了这一现象。本研究从化学生态学的角度获得提升虫生真菌毒力的化学成分及方法,为虫生真菌田间应用提供理论支持。
This study examined the effects of herbivore-induced plant volatiles(HIPVs)emitted from multitreated Arabidopsis thaliana on the extracellular protease and chitinase activities of Lecanicillium lecanii.Through GC-MS detection and correlation analysis,the active components of HIPVs that influenced the enzyme activities were identified and validated using synthetic chemicals.The results revealed that the activities of extracellular protease and chitinase in L.lecanii were significantly increased when exposed to HIPVs.Menthol,methyl salicylate,MeJA,and terpineol were found to be significantly correlated with the enzyme activities.Specifically,menthol,methyl salicylate,and MeJA were positively correlated with extracellular protease activity but not with chitinase activity.On the other hand,terpineol showed a negative correlation with both enzyme activities,and this was confirmed using artificial compositions.This study provides insights into the chemical ecology of entomopathogenic fungi and identifies chemical constituents and methods for enhancing their virulence.
