摘要
目的研究吻合段弯曲的动脉对自体动静脉内瘘局部血流动力学的影响,以期为临床选择合适的处理方式提供理论依据。方法应用SolidWorks 18软件分别建立标准桡动脉-头静脉内瘘模型及动脉弯曲的内瘘模型,导入Anasys-meshing进行网格化处理,使用Fluent 17软件模拟各组中的速度场、低壁面切应力分布云图。结果弯曲动脉可以导致动脉段的湍流,进而影响动静脉壁上低壁面切应力的分布。结论吻合段动脉弯曲可以加重内瘘局部的血流动力学异常,手术时应避免动脉弯曲。
Objective To study the effect of curved artery on local hemodynamics of autogenous arteriovenous fistula,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical selection of appropriate treatment.Methods SolidWorks 18 software was used to establish the standard radial-cephalic fistula model and the curved artery fistula model.Two models were imported into ANSYS meshing for grid processing.Fluent 17 software was used to simulate the velocity field and low wall shear stress distribution in each model.Results The curved artery could cause turbulent flow in the artery.This kind of flow could further affect the distribution of low wall shear stress on the vascular wall.Conclusions The curved artery can aggravate the local hemodynamic abnormalities,and the curved artery should be avoided during the operation.
