摘要
目的优化医用电动腔镜直线切割吻合器手柄、击发扳手、转向机构要素,以起到减轻重量,提高操作灵活性、自由度。方法三维结构使用Pro-e绘制,Cero2.0曲率分析模块分析,对扳手和转向机构进行二维和三维模块设计。结果建模所得得到的击发扳手运用Cero2.0自带曲率分析模块分析所得曲面最小曲率-0.1886,最大曲率0.0542。扳手应用塑料/钛合金透料设计,优化后击发扳手重量由0.051 kg减轻至0.031 kg。转向机构的转轮通过销钉带动连板旋转一定角度,由之前的11°增加到目前的37°。结论通过本次优化,减轻了吻合器的重量,提高了其操作灵活性和自由度,后续需进行临床验证。
Objective To optimize the handle,firing wrench and steering mechanism of the medical electric endoscope linear cutting stapler,and to reduce the weight and improve the flexibility and freedom of use.Methods The 3D structure was drawn by Pro-E and analyzed by Cero2.0 curvature analysis module.The wrench and steering mechanism were designed in 2d and 3D modules.Results The modeling of the hitting spanner was analyzed by using Cero2.0 curvature analysis module.The minimum curvature of the surface was-0.1886,and the maximum curvature was 0.0542.The wrench was designed with plastic/titanium alloy penetrating material,and the weight of the firing wrench was reduced from 0.051 kg to 0.031 kg after optimization.The turning wheel of the steering mechanism drived the connecting plate to rotate by a certain angle through the pin,increasing from 11°before to 37°at present.Conclusions Through this optimization,the weight of the stapler is reduced,and its operation flexibility and freedom are improved.Clinical verification is required in the future.
