江苏省对“一带一路”共建及非共建国家贸易依赖的敏感性与脆弱性研究

Research on the Sensitivity and Vulnerability of Jiangsu Province to the Trade Dependence of the“the Belt and Road”Co built and Non co built Countries

自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国与周边国家、地区经贸合作不断加强,合作范围逐渐扩大至全球一百多个国家和地区。对中国与“一带一路”共建国家和地区贸易状况的全面分析目前有所不足,还有待加强,本文对“一带一路”共建与非共建国家和地区贸易状况横向比较进行深入研究。利用江苏省与其主要贸易伙伴的双边贸易数据等,对比并分析了江苏省对“一带一路”共建及非共建国家和地区贸易依赖的敏感性与脆弱性。发现江苏省与“一带一路”共建及非共建国家和地区之间均为不对称贸易依赖关系,江苏省对两类国家和地区的贸易依赖敏感性与脆弱性均呈现下降趋势。基于此,本文为继续深化“一带一路”建设提出相关对策建议。

Since the“the Belt and Road”initiative was put forward,economic and trade cooperation between China and neighboring countries and regions has been continuously strengthened,and the scope of cooperation has gradually expanded to more than 100 countries and regions in the world.The comprehensive analysis of the trade situation between China and countries and regions co constructing the“the Belt and Road”is insufficient and needs to be strengthened.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the horizontal comparison of the trade situation between countries and regions co constructing the“the Belt and Road”and non co constructing countries and regions.Based on the bilateral trade data of Jiangsu Province and its major trading partners,this paper compares and analyzes the sensitivity and vulnerability of Jiangsu Province to the trade dependence of the“the Belt and Road”co built and non co built countries and regions.It is found that there is an asymmetric trade dependence relationship between Jiangsu Province and the countries and regions jointly built and non jointly built along the“the Belt and Road”,and the sensitivity and vulnerability of Jiangsu Province to trade dependence of the two types of countries and regions show a downward trend.Based on this,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for further deepening the construction of the“the Belt and Road”.
