突发公共卫生事件下农家乐的游客满意度探析——以W县为例

Analysis on Tourist Satisfaction of Farmhouse Recreation under Sudden Public Health Incidents——Taking W County as an Example

为了研究突发公共卫生事件下W县农家乐的游客满意度,本文采用因子分析方法将游客满意度的影响因素分成5个因子,分别是农家乐卫生及防护措施、农家乐基础设施、游客旅游意愿、游客关注因素、农家乐特色项目。通过主成分分析法、因子得分计算等方法对5个因子进行分析,结果表明农家乐卫生及防护措施是游客对农家乐满意度影响最大的因素;其次是农家乐基础设施、游客关注因素、游客旅游意愿、农家乐特色项目。最后提出了突发公共卫生事件下农家乐经营的对策建议,农家乐经营者应当加大宣传力度,丰富店内娱乐项目,强化食品安全的保障。

In order to study the tourist satisfaction of rural leisure in W County under sudden public health events,this article uses factor analysis method to divide the influencing factors of tourist satisfaction into five factors,namely rural leisure health and protective measures,rural leisure infrastructure,tourist willingness to travel,tourist attention factors,and rural leisure characteristic projects.By using principal component analysis,factor score calculation,and other methods to analyze five factors,the results showed that the hygiene and protective measures of rural leisure are the most influential factors for tourists'satisfaction with rural leisure;Next are the infrastructure of rural leisure,tourist attention factors,tourist willingness to travel,and characteristic projects of rural leisure.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the management of rural leisure activities in the event of sudden public health incidents.Rural leisure operators should increase their publicity efforts,enrich their in-store entertainment projects,and strengthen the guarantee of food safety.
