河北省贫困县中药材产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry in Impoverished Counties of Hebei Province

中药材产业是河北省重点优势产业,在贫困人口脱贫致富过程中发挥了重要作用。文章基于后脱贫时代河北省贫困县中药材产业种植面积、补贴政策、发展模式等入手,研究中药材深加工能力、品质、机械化和品牌建设等方面存在的问题。提出延伸中药材产业链、提升中药材品质、提高机械化水平、培育知名道地药材和实施中药材补贴政策等对策建议。

The traditional Chinese medicine industry is a key and advantageous industry in Hebei Province,playing an important role in the process of poverty alleviation and prosperity for the impoverished population.Based on the planting area,subsidy policies,and development models of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in poverty-stricken counties of Hebei Province in the post poverty alleviation era,this article studies the problems in the deep processing capacity,quality,mechanization,and brand building of traditional Chinese medicine.Propose countermeasures and suggestions such as extending the traditional Chinese medicine industry chain,improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine,improving mechanization level,cultivating well-known and authentic medicinal materials,and implementing subsidy policies for traditional Chinese medicine.
