Calculation of Several Values in Design of Tapered Roller Bearings

在圆锥滚子轴承设计中,内滚道与挡边交点直径、挡边角度是两个比较棘手的计算问题,绘图验算比较简单,但有一定的局限性。本文试通过计算推导及分析,给出合理的计算公式,最终可在滚子选型中应用。

In the design of tapered roller bearings,the diameter of the intersection point between the inner raceway and the rib,as well as the rib angle value,are two challenging calculation problems.Checking with drawing method is relatively simple,but there are certain limitations.This article attempts to provide a reasonable calculation formula through derivation and analysis,which can ultimately be applied in roller selection.
