摘要
针对某四列圆锥滚子轴承第一内圈沿轴向通裂而断口工整的现象,采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验及洛氏硬度检验等技术,对该轴承第一内圈通裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:四列圆锥滚子轴承第一内圈小端处的渗碳过渡区的弧状裂纹导致了该内圈轴向通裂。鉴于此,零件加工过程中应严格执行热处理工艺,避免产生淬火裂纹。
A four-row tapered roller bearing inner ring fractured along the axis,and the fractures were neat.The causes of the bearing inner ring fracture were determined by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure examination and Rockwell hardness inspection.The results show that the cause of four-row tapered roller bearing inner ring fracture is the arc crack at the transition zone of carburizing in the small end of the inner ring.Therefore the heat treatment process should be strictly enforced during bearing manufacturing to avoid the quenching cracks.
