摘要
文中对设备综合效率OEE在本企业管理中的应用进行了说明,同时对三项指标即时间开动率、性能开动率、合格品率如何统计和分析进行了阐述。通过开展OEE数据统计分析,提升了企业运营质量,同时也为推进设备的标准化、信息化和现代化管理奠定了基础。
It explains the application of OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)method in the management of an enterprise,and explains how to calculate and analyze three indicators,namely time start rate,performance start rate and qualified product rate.By conducting OEE data statistics and analysis,the quality of enterprise operations has been improved,while also laying the foundation for promoting standardization,informatization,and modernization of equipment management.
