随着科学技术的进步与社会经济的高速发展,我国已然进入大数据时代,原有财务管理模式已经无法满足企业运营的需求。为适应社会发展要求,提高企业竞争力,应促进企业进行信息化与智能化等高新科学技术的运用。财务共享中心随着时代的发展应运而生,RPA在财务共享模式中发挥重要作用。本文以M公司为例,首先阐述RPA与财务共享中心的相关概念;其次分析RPA在财务共享中心具体应用;最后指出RPA在共享中心存在的弊端并提出建议,旨在为财务共享中心建设提供经验借鉴。

With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of social economy,China has entered the era of big data,and the original financial management model can no longer meet the needs of enterprise operations.In order to meet the requirements of social development and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,it is necessary to promote the application of high-tech such as informatization and intelligence.The Financial Sharing Center has emerged with the development of the times,and RPA plays an important role in the financial sharing model.This article takes M Company as an example,first explaining the relevant concepts of RPA and financial sharing center;Secondly,analyze the specific application of RPA in financial sharing centers;Finally,it points out the drawbacks of RPA in the sharing center and puts forward suggestions,aiming to provide experience and reference for the construction of financial sharing centers.
