兽医文学的“四化”在兽医教育中的应用

Application of“Four Transformations”of veterinary literature in veterinary education

[目的]为了提高兽医对兽医文化的认同感,从而推动兽医教育向纵深发展。[方法]查阅相关文献,结合工作实际经验进行分析归纳。[结果]未来的兽医教育应遵循五大发展战略:兽医文化铺底、课程理论奠基、轮转实习历练、创新创业引导和兽医文学助力。其中,兽医文学助力主要体现在兽医文学创作的“四化”上,即诊疗经历小说化、动物疾病散文化、诊疗要点诗词化和人生感悟格言化。[结论]兽医文学的“四化”与兽医教育教学紧密结合,对兽医人才的培养和兽医相关人员兽医文化认同感的培养具有积极意义。

[Objectives]In order to improve veterinarians’sense of identity to veterinary culture,so as to promote the in-depth development of veterinary education.[Methods]The relevant literature was consulted,and the work experience was analyzed and summarized.[Results]In the future,veterinary education should follow five development strategies,namely,laying the foundation of veterinary culture,laying the foundation of curriculum theory,rotating practice experience,guiding innovation and entrepreneurship,and supporting veterinary literature.Among them,the support of veterinary literature is mainly reflected in the“four transformations”of veterinary literature creation,namely,the novelization of diagnosis and treatment experience,the prose culture of animal diseases,the poetry of diagnosis and treatment key points and the aphorism of life.[Conclusions]The“Four transformations”of veterinary literature is closely combined with veterinary education and teaching,which has positive significance for the cultivation of veterinary talents and the cultivation of veterinary cultural identity of veterinarian related personnel.
