当代优秀青年大学生的基本特质及其启示——以30位全国“最美大学生”为例 被引量:1

The essential qualities of contemporary outstanding young college students and its implications:taking the 30“most excellent college students”in China as an example

摘要 中宣部、教育部联合遴选出的全国“最美大学生”能够教育引导更多青年大学生比照学习。为了挖掘“最美大学生”的基本特质,本研究采用扎根理论的方法,通过NVivo 12分析工具对2019—2021年30名“最美大学生”典型事迹进行自下而上的编码分析。结果发现,“最美大学生”表现出四个典型特质,即具有崇高的理想信念、卓越的自主学习力、敏锐的创新意识、强烈的社会参与意愿。为了教育引领大学生人人成才,应当做好以下四个方面:不断锻造精神品格、提升思想道德素养,开发学习能力、掌握学习方法与策略,激活问题意识、训练批判性思维,涵育公共精神、激发社会责任感。 The national“most excellent college students”jointly initiated by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Education can educate and guide more young college students to learn by comparison.In order to explore the essential qualities of the“most excellent college students”,this study adopted grounded theory and conducted a bottom-up coding analysis of the typical deeds of 30“most ex-cellent college students”in 2019-2021 using NVivo 12.The results indicate that the“most excellent college students”show four essential qualities,namely,having lofty ideals and beliefs,excellent independent learning ability,keen awareness of innovation and strong social participation.In order to guide more college students to excel and succeed by demonstration,improvements should be made from four aspects:constantly forging spiritu-al character,improving ideological and moral quality,developing learning ability,mastering learning methods and strategies,activating awareness of problems,training critical thinking,nurturing public spirit and stimula-ting social responsibility.
