青岛胶州大白菜根腐病病原菌鉴定及其生物防治

摘要 为明确青岛胶州大白菜根腐病的病原菌并对其进行生物防治,采用组织分离法、形态观察、分子生物学方法和盆栽法对其病原进行分离、鉴定与防效研究。结果表明,引起青岛胶州大白菜根腐病的病原为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)。哈茨木霉菌WP和枯草芽孢杆菌WP对盆栽大白菜根腐病的防治效果分别为66.32%和65.02%,两者可作为防治大白菜根腐病的生防菌剂。 In order to make clear the pathogenic fungi causing Chinese cabbage root rot in Jiaozhou of Qingdao and carry out biological control,the pathogen was isolated by tissue separation and identified by morphological observation and molecular biology method,and the control effect was studied by pot method.The results showed that Fusarium oxysporum was the pathogen causing Chinese cabbage root rot in Jiaozhou of Qingdao.Pot experiment verified that the control effects of Trichoderma harzianum WP and Bacillus subtilis WP on Chinese cabbage root rot were 66.32%and 65.02%,respectively,and they could be used as biocontrol agents for preventing and controlling Chinese cabbage root rot.
