教育财政支出对珠三角经济发展的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Educational Fiscal Expenditure on the Economic Growth of the Pearl River Delta

党的二十大明确了教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑。教育能促进知识积累,提升社会人力资本水平,驱动技术创新,从而推动经济发展。文章立足于新发展阶段,从人力资本、技术创新和全要素生产率三大视角分析了教育财政支出对经济发展的理论机制,并以珠三角地区为研究对象,将教育财政支出纳入C-D函数,利用2012—2020年珠三角相关变量的面板数据实证检验了教育财政投入对经济发展的影响,提出了利用好教育财政支出促进珠三角经济发展、促进地区经济和教育协调发展的路径建议。

The 20th National Party Congress made it clear that education,technology,and talent are the fundamental and strategic support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.Education can boost knowledge accumulation,enhance social human capital,drive technological innovation,and thus promote economic growth.At the new development stage,the thesis aims to examine the impact of educational fiscal expenditure on economic growth from three perspectives of human capital,technological innovation,and total factor productivity.The educational fiscal expenditure was introduced into the C-D function to empirically tests the impact of educational fiscal investment on economic growth using panel data of relevant variables in the Pearl River Delta from 2012 to 2020.In the end,proposals are pointed out to utilize educational fiscal expenditures to boost the economy in the Pearl River Delta and forge the synergy between regional economy and education.
