基于数字化的实体零售药店经营模式转型策略

摘要 当前医药零售市场规模不断扩大,竞争的激烈程度也随之增大,同时,零售业态也处于变革之中。许多实体零售药店发展陷入困境,面临着经营模式落后、陷入同质化竞争局面、行业竞争趋烈等问题。随着数字化技术的不断发展,数字经济已然成为我国经济发展的重要推手。文章基于医药零售行业数字化发展前景,从数字化顶层设计、数字化门店、数字化工具、数字化人才方面提出实体零售药店经营模式转型策略,以提升实体零售药店核心竞争力,适应零售业的时代变革,促进医药零售业高质量发展。 At present,the scale of pharmaceutical retail market continues to expand,and the competition is getting more and more intense.Meanwhile,the retail format is also in the process of change.Many physical retail pharmacies are caught in dilemma,facing problems such as backward business model,homogenized competition,and intensified competition pressure.With the continuous advancement of digital technology,digital economy has become an important driver of China's economy.Based on the prospect of digital development,this paper proposes the transformation strategy of the business model of physical retail pharmacies from the aspects of digital top-level design,digital stores,digital tools and digital personnel,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of physical retail pharmacies,adapt to the changes of the times of the retail industry,and boost the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical retail industry.
