粤港澳大湾区应用型本科院校跨境电商人才培养模式探索——以广东白云学院为例

Study on Cross-border E-commerce Talent Cultivation Mode of Applied Undergraduate Colleges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——Taking Guangdong Baiyun University as an Example

随着我国跨境电商的迅猛发展,应用型本科院校需要适应行业发展需求,培养出大批具备跨境电商专业知识和实践技能的高水平应用型人才。文章以广东白云学院为例,对广州跨境电商企业、行业协会以及互联网人才中介公司等进行了调查。针对跨境电商人才培养中存在的问题,结合该校实际情况提出了要通过校企共同制定人才培养方案、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设、依托跨境电商产教联盟、开发利用网上课程资源、开拓优质实践教学基地、培养人才跨文化交际能力等具体措施。

With the booming of cross-border e-commerce,applied undergraduate colleges need to cultivate a large number of high-level application-oriented talents with both professional knowledge and hands-on skills to adapt to the trends of industry development.Accordingly,the article takes the example of Guangdong Baiyun University to investigate cross-border e-commerce enterprises,industry associations,and internet talent intermediary companies.In response to the issues,combined with the practical situation,specific measures have been proposed,such as jointly formulating talent cultivation plans between the school and enterprises,constructing a“double-qualified”teaching team,relying on industry-education alliances,developing online curriculum resources,establishing high-quality practical teaching bases,and fostering the cross-cultural communication abilities of talents.
