摘要
随着得利于人口红利的经济高增长慢慢衰退及产业升级和经济结构调整,各行各业对技术技能人才的需求越来越紧迫,以培养较强实践能力的应用型人才为主要任务的高等职业教育重要地位和作用越来越凸显。对校企协同背景下高职“双师型”专业教师培养路径中问题进行分析研究,提出借鉴先进国家经验、构建校企协同联合培养运行机制、提升教师参与企业实践锻炼的积极性措施等建议,以期为各高职院校参考。
With the slow decline of our country’s high economic growth benefiting from the demographic dividend and the continuous acceleration of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring,the demand for technical and skilled talents in all walks of life is now becoming more and more urgent.The important position and role of higher vocational education with talents as the main task are becoming more and more prominent.This study analyzes and researches the problems in the training path of“Double-Qualified”professional teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of college-enterprise collaboration,and puts forward some suggestions,such as drawing on the experience of advanced countries,the operation mechanism of college-enterprise collaboration and joint training,and improving teachers’enthusiasm for participating in enterprise practice training,with the view to providing reference for various higher vocational colleges.
